Case objectives:
To develop the digital part of the Volvo fixture at the Moscow Car Show. To develop the visitor recognition and accounting system for the Volvo stand cooperating with the Client’s CRM database. To establish the e-booklet mailing system about the Volvo cra range to the registered visitors

Several individual terminals (IPad) implemented the visitor registration system using contactless RFID cards of the Volvo Privilege Club members and automatic recognition of business cards. One was able to share his or her impressions of the new model range through a video terminal. There was a VIP area for Volvo Privilege Club card holders with interactive screens demonstrating the Volvo Privilege Club privileges
